Automated accounting and a system tracking project profitability at every stage
While modernising the accounting, processes were carefully designed and refined, reporting templates created and programming solutions chosen that optimised operations and minimised human errors as far as possible. The accounting, tailored to each employee, is as precise as a Swiss watch.
We also built a system in which bank data is imported daily, so the company’s results are visible in Power BI in real time. The analytics allow the manager to see and plan cash flows and sales, and to analyse project profitability even at the earliest stages – helping avoid losses caused by wrong decisions along the way and ensuring full management control.
